Construction of Evaluation Index System for Comprehensive Management of University Laboratory Safety

University laboratory safety management is an important part of construction, but also the premise other work, and more closely related to life health teachers students. Based on ideas methods system engineering, this paper constructs a first-level evaluation index consisting "safety rules regulations, hazardous chemicals management, instruments equipment waste emergency first aid education management" through comprehensive literature analysis investigation. Each level 1 indicator contains four 2 indicators, brief description each given. The research results solve key problems in universities, have significance for improving universities.
